WE DID IT. We owe so many of our church members and friends a hearty thank you for the success in hosting the meeting of the Presbytery of Long Island this Tuesday. So many compliments came to us concerning our hospitality, our good food, the beauty of our property, and the good will that was expressed. Our full sanctuary (meeting room) has been captured on film, maybe we should use it for publicity purposes.
Certainly it will be released to the media.
The welcome address by Pastor Tom Philipp, as well as the sermon on world hunger delivered by Kristi Van Nostran, Presbyterian Church (USA) Mission Co-Worker, may be found HERE.
