This Week At Old South Haven Presbyterian Church
WE DID IT. We owe so many of our church members and friends a hearty thank you for the success in hosting the meeting of the Presbytery of Long Island this Tuesday. So many compliments came to us concerning our hospitality, our good food, the beauty of our property, and the good will that was expressed. Our full sanctuary (meeting room) has been captured on film, maybe we should use it for publicity purposes.
Certainly it will be released to the media.

The Presbytery is the regional governing body for approximately 60 Presbyterian Church (USA) parishes in Nassau and Suffolk counties. All minister members of the Presbytery are represented, along with elder commissioners from each congregation. The Presbytery normally meets about four times a year at different churches across the island.
The welcome by Old South Haven Church Pastor Tom Philipp, as well as the sermon delivered by Kristi Van Nostran, Presbyterian Church (USA) Mission Co-Worker, may be found HERE.
