This Week at Old South Haven Church -

First Sunday of Advent

Dear Members and Friends of Old South Haven Church,

Last Spring, when we started to worship by Zoom, if any one had said we would still be worshiping by Zoom during Advent, I do not think I would have believed them.

This coming Sunday is the first Sunday of Advent—Hope.

Please join us.  Pastor Glorya's sermon will be:  "Where Are We". Please see below for the details for joining the service.
Pastor emeritus Jeanne Baum will be lighting the Advent calendar

Please also see below for Pastor Glorya's letter about prayer concerns.

Peace and Love,

Linda

Dear Friends,
Since my arrival at Old South Haven we have offered prayers for several people and families.  If these people are not in your immediate circle of friends you may have forgotten all about them.  Since we are not meeting in person and while you may get a bulletin you no longer get a page outlining announcements or prayer joys and concerns.  Therefore, I've asked the "Bulletin Elves" to include a separate sheet each week listing the accumulative names of those needing prayers or those with Joys.  This way you'll have it to refer to during the week when you find yourself led into prayer.

We'll keep the names on the list for 30 days and, unless requested to keep them on the list, we will remove them after that time.

Shalom,
Pastor Glorya
